Ive had to restart back at level one 3 times too many game crashes and only beeline can get your village back not like the regular smurfs village where it automatically detects it. Beeline doesnt respond to my support tickets been waiting for over a month for my village to be recovered by beeline no response so frustrating, the travel wagon is a joke as you can never build enough items to fill it. I spent money buying the starter pack which is the only reason I havent deleted this game yet. Bad customer support.

I like the game for the most part but I hate that things move so easily as you are trying to go across the village.

Omg! Its a must get! Once you start playing it, it puts you in a trance and youll never want to put it down.

I really enjoy the quests, but havent done them in months because there arent any new levels. I hope youre planning to add some soon. Also- For those of you who lost your game, there is hope. I lost everything and started over, but after an update I logged in and my old village was back. Now if only we had more levels..

I am having a problem getting heart rewards. The game wont let me like the village on both of my apple products.

I loved playing this game, but after the last update most of my progress was lost. I had all of the specialty Smurf huts and almost all were upgraded to 3 stars. Ive also lost a lot of the land I purchased. I hope this can be fixed with another update soon because I wont be starting over again.

Cant get past level 40. Sends me back to another level and I lose all progress made. I am very upset since I just spent money on acorns after the update. I am not playing anymore and I will delete it!!!!!

More short term crops and less all day crops would improve the game play. Being able to play on Facebook and not just connect to it would be nice too.

Please fix the bug. It is too much. We cannot even to open the app.

App has crashed every since iOS updated to 9. Need to create an update that is compatible with the new iOS and add new levels. I have been on max level for many months now.

I will have all hut upgrades completed, expanded land and moved things to where I want them. A few days later I have lost my completed huts, land expansions, and level. Things purchased will be gone. This has happened three times. Getting frustrated. Wish the lettering was not bubble it is hard for people with vision problems to read what the challenge is. The font needs to be just black or solid color and larger.

I play this game to pass the time. Its fun and addictive. So much Ive spent my money to help build up my village. All of my smurfs houses were complete. My land was all clear. I had an extravagant village. Until one day I went to check on my village and all of my progress was gone. The game asked me to input my age which I thought was strange. So I put my age in and my village loaded and it was an earlier version of my village. I would say back from Halloween because all of my pumpkins were still everywhere. I had put them in storage shortly after Halloween. Four of my smurfs houses were incomplete and the land that I had cleared was back. All of my purchased items like the Christmas chateau and all the other Christmas decorations are not there. Everything that I had worked on is gone. I contacted beeline to see if my progress could be restored. They were no help. I was able to get my refund of the magical acorns I had just purchased. My daily reward had gotten up to $1300000! Thats how much I played the game. Now I have to start at $50. Im upset about the situation. Its truly a lesson learned. I will never spend a drop of my money on this game of any other game again. I might eventually start playing the game again, but not with the dedication I gave it before. Very disappointed.

The latest update reset my game progress. When I contacted support, the only suggestion they had was that I retrieve my game from Gamecenter (which was not possible because I had been logged into Gamecenter when the reset occurred). This is the third time Id have to restart the game, and its just not worth the effort. Not to mention that they havent provided an update with new levels in over a year. Theres been no progress in Smurf Village either which shows that Beeline is not invested in long-term retention of players.

The is fun until you have to go back many levels due to some glitch. I tried once to contact tech support but they couldnt help.

The saga continues....I have gotten to the max level more than 3 times and the app crashes and takes me back a couple levels. Luckily I have not spent money on this app and dont plan to. The game itself would get a higher rating but these glitches and lack of new levels holds it back.
